Mandarin Stream
Kindergarten

Students are guided through a stronger Mandarin learning pathway designed to prepare them for the First Grade SJKC Level Chinese programme in Primary School.

Reading via Phonics

Our phonics approach helps children learn to read and spell by blending letter sounds, rather than memorizing whole words. This method builds strong literacy skills, making reading and spelling more intuitive.

Social Skill Development

Our preschoolers engage in cooperative play to build positive social skills. Through guided activities, they learn that sharing is caring, fostering kindness, teamwork, and the joy of giving.

Arts and Crafts

Students are encouraged to delve deep into their imagination as they create drawings, paintings and crafts. This helps to develop their artistic and fine motor skills!

Religious Studies and Moral Responsibility

Islamic studies are also incorporated for Muslim students. While Islamic studies are carried out, all other students will attend moral studies to promote moral values.

Physical Education and Gross Motor Skill

Physical education is key to nurturing a child's mind, body, and spirit. Our preschoolers engage in daily activities that enhance gross motor skills. We also have sports day, telematches and other events that foster both fitness and fun.
